The 'Flamingo' chair is designed by the duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen, who are behind some of Fredericia's best-selling furniture, with this neo-classic being particularly characteristic of their unique collaboration. The chair frames a unique aesthetic that takes its forms from the contours of the elegant animal, the flamingo. The bird's wings are rendered in a floating shell that shapes the seat and armrests, which are composed with a backrest that challenges the visual expression, with its floating design. The chair - like the flamingo - rests on a single slender leg that lifts the chair and adds a lightness to the furniture. All combined, you get a chair whose design language is organic and fluid in an almost poetic sense, without compromising on quality or comfort. Model 3381 is equipped with a practical swivel mechanism that is ideal in the office.
The 'Flamingo Chair' is available in a wide range of leather types and colours, which can be combined with frames in different finishes. If you would like to design your own 'Flamingo' chair please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
- Swivel chair made of black lacquered or brushed stainless steel, with seat in cold foam and upholstered in desired leather. Supplied with standard plastic slippers, with the option of felt slippers on request.
- When cleaning semi-aniline leather, wiping with a soft, dry cloth is recommended for daily cleaning. In the case of small stains, it is recommended to let them wear off over the years to avoid strong chemicals that can damage the leather. For further maintenance of the furniture, a leather cleaner and leather cream can be used. This maintenance should be repeated 1-2 times a year.
- Original design by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen for Fredericia Furniture (2003)
