Orders are shipped every weekday from Denmark. If you place your order before 1 pm. (CET) on weekdays, we will do our best to make sure your order is shipped the same day, if your items are in stock. All our shipments are sent insured.
Below, you'll find our shipping rates and delivery times for items in stock. You'll also find the shipping price on the product pages, in your cart and at the checkout page.
Please notice that if you have ordered multiple items, we will ship all your items together, once we receive the last item from the supplier.
Large or bulky furniture and similar items are delivered by international freight forwarders as they cannot be handled as normal deliveries. The delivery times depend on the availability of the products and the shipping destination. We will contact you in this matter. Below, you find the shipping costs for curbside deliveries, but if you need help getting the furniture into your home, we might be able to offer this service for an extra charge. In that case, please contact us for a cost estimate.
For deliveries to islands that have no bridge or tunnel link to the mainland, we have to charge a surcharge, as the shipping costs are usually significantly higher. If you live on an island like this (Malta, Cyprus, The Canary Islands, Mallorca, etc.), please contact us for a cost estimate.
For deliveries within the EU and to Switzerland, the UK and Norway, you don't pay additional customs duties or VAT. Our prices already include the VAT rate for the EU country where the order is shipped to as well as for Switzerland, the UK and Norway. For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, our prices are shown without VAT and you are responsible for the declaration, import duty and taxes of your parcel. The goods may be detained at customs, and the package may be affected by local taxes and duties, which we can not be held responsible for. Please be aware that the detention of your package at customs can delay shipment significantly. Should you find out that the package is detained, you should immediately contact the freight company.
