Danish Folke Pålsson's J77 chair is constructed from beautiful beech materials, lacquered in beautiful organic colours. With thoughtful proportions like the wide seat, rounded backrest and appropriate seating height, J77 is both comfortable and visually striking.

The J77 chair and the rest of the well-known J-Series, has its roots in the Danish FDB, which has created the basis for some of the most beloved furniture by Danish furniture architects. Now HAY, as the new-fangled brand it is, has begun to reproduce the beautiful J-Series, giving the classic furniture a new lease of life.

• Materials Finished in oiled, dark oiled, clear lacquered or stain FCS-Certified oak or beech.
• Specifications The chair is sold without a slipcover and seat cushion. Both parts can be purchased separately.
• Care instructions For daily cleaning, the chair can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Variants without colour lacquer can be treated with a matching wood treatment 2-4 times a year, to maintain the chair's finish.
