The Ryu collection takes its name from the Japanese word for "flow", which refers to the intricate patterns that adorn these distinctive plates. Made using the traditional "Nerikomi" technique, where two differently colored clays are kneaded, rolled and cut by hand, this process results in unique patterns that are unique to each piece.
