Delicious French white wine from Vellas Nicolas vineyards in the Languedoc region.

This wine has a clear light yellow color with shades of delicate green. The aroma is intense and
subtle. The scent is dominated by white fruits; with floral notes and a
hint of almond.
All this makes the wine a spring and summer pleasure. Perfect acid balance, making this wine perfect with fish, shellfish and light meats. Fresh and full-bodied with a fine mineral finish.

APPELLATION:
AOP Languedoc.

GRAPE:
Roussanne 50%, Marsanne 40%, Viognier 10%.

Vinification:
Hand harvested, Fermentation in
temperature-controlled tanks.
Can be stored for 2-4 years but is absolutely ready to drink now!
