Christmas snaps

A sweet schnapps made of orange peel, which is then made with cinnamon and star anise. Served as a nice snaps for "beginners" as it has a mild taste, but can also be used as a liqueur for the coffee. The oranges are hand-peeled and cut into completely fine slices that give a nice taste of the orange.
