Osteria 16

In 2014, Osteria 16 opened in Copenhagen, founded by chef Morten Kaltoft and artist Emil Alsbo. It serves honest Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere. "Osteria 16 - Cookbook" is their first cookbook with 80 simple Italian dishes based on quality ingredients. Kaltoft, formerly of the Michelin-starred restaurant Era Ora, presents popular recipes, while Alsbo is responsible for the book's images. The book is a visual diary from one of Copenhagen's top restaurants. Kaltoft and Alsbo have also opened several other restaurants and have each achieved recognition in their fields.
