One of the most talented Danish designers, Boris Berlin, introduces the new sustainable lamp
FLYING lamp for Made by Hand with 3D knitted material, aluminum frame and built-in LED.

Flying is a family of sculptural pendants with a soft organic shape. When hanging, they appear to float beautifully in the air. The distinctive shape of the lamp is created by stretching the 3D knitted material between the corrugated aluminum frame and the center piece that keeps the top and bottom separate. The LED light source is built into the top of the lamp, so the light spreads softly through the knitted lower part of the lamp.

The lamp is designed, manufactured and distributed with sustainability in mind. The lampshade is created via a 3D knitting process directly from yarn to final product, so no material is wasted. The way the lamp is constructed makes it easy to disassemble and recycle all its components.

Material: Aluminum and the shade is made of 3D knitted flame retardant polyester. Comes with 3 meter black cord. Built-in LED module, 3000 Kelvin. CE certified, IP20.
