Shoemaker ChairTM, No. 78

A true classic made in Denmark since 1936, where it is still produced today at our local carpentry workshop. The seat is formed from one large, solid piece of wood and due to the variations in grain patterns, each Shoemaker Chair™ is completely unique. The turned legs and the stabilizing t-construction create a harmonious interaction and an aesthetic piece of furniture with strong references to the Nordic design universe. Towards the end, each chair is hand sanded before finally undergoing a three-step surface treatment of either staining or oiling.
