Wire Chair from A. Petersen is designed by artist Dan Svarth. The chair consists of an industrial look and is an excellent demonstration of a Danish quality craftsmanship.

Dan Svarth made the first prototype of this chair in 1972 while teaching at the Royal Danish Academy. Dan Svarth made the prototype himself by bending ordinary water pipes to the frame, to give it a more industrial and simple look.

The Wire Chair frame was welded by Mikkel Kjærholm, and the carbon fibre fabric was made at A. Petersen's workshop on Kløvermarksvej.
