WINT & LILA is a handcrafted Spanish gin made by Casalbor Wines & Spirits in El Puerto de Santa María, Cadiz, Spain in a 200-year-old well-known distillery. Their distillation is under direct fire, they use the "Bain-Marie" system. In this way, one can have a more sensitive and slower process in which the various botanical essences are extracted without being changed. After this is done, they should rest for weeks before making a 'cut' between them and adding to them the purified water. All 10 botanicals are soaked separately in 16L glass jars for 6 - 8 weeks. WINT & LILA comes in bottles and with a customized cork, reminiscent of old pharmacy bottles. Daffy's, as painted by Robert McGinnis, is the visualization and personification of the taste, charm, sophistication, complexity and depth of our gin. This Pink Variant is with the essence of strawberry, raspberry and mint.
