Gorm's Pizzasten is ideal for the summer days when you need to make delicious homemade pizza. The pizza stone is made of cordierite. It is food approved. The stone does not withstand dishwasher or microwave, but it can be used in both freezer and refrigerator. When using, the pizza stone must be preheated together with the oven. Foods high in fat may well leave marks. The stone must be hand-washed without soap and must not be soaked. It is a good idea to let the stone cool before cleaning it.
