Christmas Gift Exchange

• All gift purchases made from November 1, 2025, until Christmas can be returned or exchanged until January 31.

• We include an easy exchange guide in the package - but not in the gift itself.

Extended Return Until January 31

• Make holiday shopping easier. Shop Christmas gifts with an extended return period. From November 1 to December 24, we offer an extended return period on all orders.

• Your package can be delivered right to your doorstep, workplace, or any address you wish (within the destinations we deliver to).

Gift Wrapping

• We offer exclusive Christmas gift wrapping with a personalized holiday card for the recipient. To add this, simply select 'Gift Wrapping' in the cart and type your desired message in the comments field on the following page.

How to Receive Your Order Before Christmas

• To ensure your package arrives by December 24, please place your order before the dates below*, for instance if you live in Great Britain (GB), place your order before December 16. This deadline only applies to in-stock items.

• We will, however, continue shipping orders through December 20 and on weekdays between Christmas and New Year.
