The Pole Barstool consists of a powder-coated steel tube with a footrest of a smaller tube and a round pine seat. Delivered assembled.

Pole is a characterful design without unnecessary details, with an emphasis on durable, high-quality materials and a clean, sleek design language. Still, Pole is a bar stool out of the ordinary. A circular seat of solid pine rests on an unconventional base consisting of a powder-coated steel tube. A single, smaller steel tube placed horizontally across the base provides a place to rest your feet and acts as both a functional and decorative element of the design.

The design is inspired by brutalist architecture, which, with its robust materials and geometric shapes, forms the basis for the contours of Pole."Creating a design with a simple yet original form is always the biggest challenge in the design process. With Pole, I believe we have succeeded in creating a robust piece of furniture in good, durable materials with a very recognizable expression," explains designer Simon Legald. The Pole Barstool presents itself as a simple yet characterful design with contrasting geometric elements and subtle yet functional details.
