Hitoiki

The Hitoiki poster is a unique poster from Taishö. Hitoiki (一息) is Japanese and directly translated it means "breath" but it is often used with the meaning "to take a break/relax". In Japan, enjoying a cup of tea is something special. It is often enjoyed at more formal and traditional tea ceremonies, but also in everyday life. Japanese people like to drink green tea both cold and hot, and in both quiet moments and with other people over a meal.
