The world famous Australian photographer Vee Speers has made this series of portrait photos of several children at an imaginary birthday party. 

The poetic photos are shot at eye level of the children. Drawing the viewer into the children’s world – a world that evokes conflicting emotions somewhere between fantasy and real life. 

We love the dramatic elements that depict both the playful innocence and the not always flawless state of childhood.

In a unique collaboration, ViSSEVASSE has secured the exclusive rights to Vee Speers’s photos in Denmark.
