The coffee table is 3 almost completely identical tables that can be slid together to form a table or experimented with to create a completely unique table.

Cube was originally manufactured by Vildbjerg Møbelfabrik from 1960-1969 and was known as "VM33".

Born in 1929, designer Kai Kristiansen was apprenticed as a cabinetmaker before enrolling at the prestigious Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in 1948 under influential designer Kaare Klint.

At the age of 26, he opened his own studio where he designed his own furniture, which soon became known as the Danish modern style. His designs were produced by well-known Danish manufacturers such as Feldballes Møbelfabrik, Fritz Hansen, Vildbjerg Møbelfabrik, Magnus Olesen etc.

Kai Kristiansen furniture is today a Danish tradition where quality, responsiblity, craftsmanship and attention to detail really come through in the beautiful timeless designs.
