As the cups are handmade, minor variations in color and glaze may occur. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, overall appearance or use of the product. This is the charm of a handmade cup. The effect glaze can be delicate due to the voids and bubbles. The glaze is matte and can crumble a bit, therefore there is no warranty on the glaze. The living and beautiful thing about the cup is that it feels the touch of life just as nature changes.
