A little outside the Irish metropolis of Belfast lies a 300-acre estate dating back to the 17th century. It is home to JAWBOX distilleries and the fields where their grains are grown and turned into spirits. It is then triple-distilled on site in traditional copper pots. JAWBOX is a small batch gin that is handmade from start to finish. The name JAWBOX comes from a sink. It is the deep Boxy Belfast sink you started calling JAWBOX.
