Designed by visionary Poul Cadovius in 1960, theCado system from dk3 stands as a testament to timeless elegance. Made from solid wood and MDF veneer, available in both oak and walnut, System Cado exudes an aura of quality. Its surfaces are treated with the utmost care, finished with oil or soap, ensuring both durability and tactile charm.

What really sets System Cado apart is its innovative design, a departure from its predecessors, ROYAL SYSTEM® and SYSTEM ULTRA®. Unlike its wall-mounted counterparts, System C ado extends across entire walls, providing a holistic furniture solution. Remarkably, the gently sloping edge profile frames the modules and instills a sense of lightness and grace in the design. dk3 has given new life to this exclusive creation by offering cabinet and drawer components as free-hanging modules, independent of visible fittings.

The versatility of the modules is limitless; they can be hung individually or combined to create sideboards according to individual preferences. Available in oak or walnut, some modules feature hand-woven veneer fronts reminiscent of the original ROYAL SYSTEM® from the early 1960s.
