Designed by iconic Danish architect Arne Vodder, theAV Egoist Chaise Lounge is a showpiece of Vodder's ability to create timeless yet extravagant furniture. The frame is classic and elegant in beautiful dark wood, but the star of the piece is the seat - wide leather straps that are elegantly braided to create a comfortable seat that adapts to the body. Although it's a classic combination of materials, Vodder's techniques manage to make the piece truly unique. The integrated side table acts as a natural extension of the nature of the furniture, where relaxation and all that goes with it is the focus.
This piece is ideal for those who want to create a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere in their home. It is perfect in your reading room, surrounded by books and silence, or in front of the window, enjoying the sight of nature in a comfortable setting. Put your feet up, mix a drink and find peace in Vodder's Egoist Chaise Lounge.
The AV Egoist Chaise Longue is not just a piece of furniture, it is an artistic creation. It was one of Vodder's personal favorites and when it was designed in 1951, only a few copies were produced. Without compromising on history or exclusivity, Sibast Furniture has recreated this gem, created from the original drawings.
