Distilleria dell'Alpe, owned by the Maschio family, is the producer of Kapriol gin. The distillery has been around since 1948 and specializes in making grappa, liqueur and gin with herbs from the forests in and around the area.

• Ingredients Italian juniper, angelica, chamomile, cardamom, caraway, caraway, coriander, gentian (herbal flower), lavender, hops, mint, oregano, mountain pine, rose hip, rosemary, laurel leaves, lemon and bergamot.
