Balanced acidity from perfectly ripe fruits and notes of dark chocolate are sensations that linger for a long time. The coffee is a unique blend of hand-picked and washed Arabica beans from South and Central America. The beans are slowly roasted to develop their original flavours and aromas. At least four times a year, the coffee blend and roasting profile are updated to maintain a high and consistent quality.
