The 'Delphi' collection is designed by Swiss multi-artist Hannes Wettstein, who is recognised as one of the most innovative designers of this generation, and is particularly loved for his surprisingly simple but thoroughly well-designed furniture. These values are reflected in the 'Delphi' range, which has achieved neo-classic status where aesthetics and functionality harmonise beautifully.
The sofa rests on a minimalist frame that brings the sofa itself into focus. A voluminous and substantial expression gives the sofa its own character, but at the same time achieves a lightness with the low back and armrest that merge into one. This low design is ideal for opening up the space, creating both a conversational environment and a relaxing atmosphere. The sofa is particularly known for the unique curve around the armrests and the elegant recesses in the seat, which add the final luxurious touches to this elegant piece of furniture.
The 'Delphi' series is available in a wide range of fabrics and leather types in various colours. If you wish to compose and design your own 'Delphi' furniture, please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
- Base in brushed aluminium (also available with light oiled wood frame). Blind frame in wood with cold foam and foam cushion, upholstered in desired textile or leather.
- Wipe leather with a soft, dry cloth, or a soft cloth heavily wrung in cold clean water. If a wrung cloth is used, entire surfaces should always be covered to avoid staining. Then polish with a dry soft cloth. It is often better to leave small stains and let them fade over time rather than try to remove them. As far as possible, avoid placing leather furniture in direct sunlight.
- Original design by Hannes Wettstein, produced by Fredericia Furniture (2007)
