Knut Bendik Humlevik was born and raised in Norway. At the age of 20, he moved to Denmark to study architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. During his studies, he realized that the path for him was to design interiors, not architecture, and he pursued that dream. In 2014, he met Nikolaj and started New Works with him. To this day, they have built a Scandinavian modern brand with the most beautiful furniture and interiors.
