Included with the grater follows a beautiful untreated natural oak stand. The set comes in a minimalist tube that fits well as a present.
The grater is comparable to the quality cooks use. To keep it sharp and shiny without rust, wash the iron in your hand regularly. Use a brush to remove loose salt residue and dirt. When the iron is washed and rinsed with clean water, dry the iron thoroughly. Residual water can cause rust spots. The iron is not suitable for dishwasher.
